We are offering our serviced office suites on flexible short or long term licence terms - the most cost-effective and flexible accommodation solution
for small and start-up businesses.
Unlike many other centres we have no hidden charges and keep as much as possible included in your simple low cost monthly fee. For this reason we charge by the traditional area method rather than the confusing workstation method which often ends up much more expensive.
Because you pay a fixed price every month, the
only extras being additional services you have used, you can eliminate
high set-up costs and overheads and simplify your budgeting.
Our simple short-term licence contracts make
life easier too, saving you legal fees.

The rent charged for each suite includes all
of the following fixed services:-
- Local authority rates
- High speed internet
- Suite cleaning
- Furniture
- Electricity
- Gas
- Water
- Buildings insurance
- Buildings maintenance and decorating
- Boiler/heating maintenance
- Redcare security alarm
- Fire extinguishers
- Air conditioning servicing***
- Reception services
- Telephone answering if required
- Telephone extensions and DDI numbers*
- Voicemail
- Centralised fax service*
- Post franking and mail sorting**
- Leased line high speed internet in your suite - the fastest connection in the area
Also available to tenants are the following
services charged on a usage basis:
- Photocopying
- Board/meeting room rental
- Office furniture
- Word processing
- Website hosting
- Printing (colour or mono)
* You only pay for outgoing calls and faxes.
1 telephone extension/handset per 10 m2 or desk. All BT line
rental is included in the rental price. Calls made from your suite
are billed to you monthly on an itemised bill at the
published rates.
** You only pay for the postage at cost; we
frank and send the mail for you.
